Incentive paid for FL EMT-B certification.
Incentive Paid for FL Paramedic Certification.
Work schedule is 48 hours on, 96 hours off.
Firefighters receive 100% paid health, life, and dental insurance and 50% paid for families.
10 hours of leave earned every 14 days (5 sick, 5 annual) and increases every 5 years (usable after 1 year of probation).
Retirement includes a 3% multiplier for every year served and vested at 10 years.
