Chief Birch brings 35 years of experience to the district. He retired from the United States Air Force where he served in Germany and The Middle East fighting structual and flightline fires. Chief Birch joined the District in 2008 and quickly moved through the ranks and was promoted to Assistant Chief in 2016.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, East Niceville Fire District
